Delivery guide

The orders will be delivered according to the post type selected by the customers every day a week in Isfahan city or any other cities. The cost of delivery service should be payed when ordering according to postal rates.

Customers should check the products in the present of post man to see whether it is intact physically, if it is not, they should not receive it. Obviously, receiving the product by the customers means that they approved that it is intact.

Delivery types

Express mail: the products will be delivered to the customers within 24-72 hours.

Certified mail: the products will be delivered to the customers within 3-7 days with the least cost.

Tipax: the products will be delivered to the customers within 48 hours and 3 days with the least cost

Freight: the products will be delivered to the customer at most 2-4 days, with the least cost of 5000 Tooman for packing every order. Customers should pay the post cost of carrying the order from departure to destination terminal when receiving the order
